The Claims team is responsible for handling claims across all QIC Global underwriting divisions. All claims are managed in an efficient and professional manner by highly qualified and motivated specialists with extensive experience of our chosen classes of business.

The team draws on an extensive network of contacts and works closely with industry specialists in delivering a first class claims service. The team is able to combine its breadth of knowledge with in-depth technical expertise to ensure the provision of a proactive claims service to clients.

Working closely with its business partners such as Underwriting, the team are always looking at ways of offering more efficient services to our customers. The strength of the team and its commitment to excellence are fundamental to the successful and efficient operation of the department.

We are located across our QIC Global offices in London, Bermuda, and Doha.
